One place to work with approved AI.

Summarise the approval steps for a procurement above the internal threshold. Cite the current policy.

AI Chat · answer draft

The policy calls for a documented needs assessment, budget approval, and review by the authorised procurement team before publication. Confirm the threshold and exceptions against the approved version of the policy before acting.

The conversation workspace

Keep the work around an answer.

The Roadmap brings common chat tasks into one governed place, from the first question through review and reuse.

01

Find and organise work

Search conversation history, arrange it in folders, and use tags to return to a decision or briefing. Sharing, export and import are planned under organisation policy.

02

Improve an answer

Edit a question, retry a response, branch a discussion, or compare approved model outputs while preserving the path taken to a conclusion.

03

Start from approved patterns

Use versioned organisation prompts, variables and assistant presets for recurring tasks, with a visible model choice and clear scope for each conversation.

04

Bring the right sources

Attach permitted files for full document review or consult governed knowledge through retrieval. Source citations help staff check the record behind an answer.

05

Choose optional capabilities

Approved web search, voice input and output, and image input or generation are planned as configurable options, subject to deployment, model and policy.

06

Review generated work

Code and document artifacts can be presented for human review. MCP or OpenAPI tool integrations, isolated code execution and external actions would require bounded permissions and approval.

Governance by design · Roadmap

Your rules shape every conversation.

AI Chat is designed around an organisation's chosen identities, model routes, source permissions and retention rules. Those choices determine which capabilities can be offered and what evidence is retained.

Access
Roles, groups and planned single sign-on define who may use models, sources, prompts and tools.
Data
Customer-defined boundaries govern files, retrieval, optional web access, sharing, optional memory, temporary chats, archiving and deletion. Temporary does not imply no logs.
Actions
Tool use and any bounded code execution need explicit policy, reviewable provenance and human approval where required.
Exit
Export and retention choices are planned so organisations can review and move their records under their own policy.

Six dimensions of control · Roadmap

Define sovereignty in operational terms.

These are design goals to validate for each release and deployment, not claims about a product available today.

DataChoose storage, access, retention and deletion policy for conversations and attachments.
OperationalSet who operates the service, approves tools and reviews activity.
TechnologyAssess model, runtime and integration choices with their licensing and dependencies.
JurisdictionSpecify hosting and processing locations in the deployment agreement.
KnowledgeKeep cited organisational sources governed and transferable.
ExitPlan export, migration and service transition from the outset.

Availability and scope

A Roadmap application, shaped by real requirements.

AI Chat is a planned SovereignOS application. The interface above is a concept, not a live product, compatibility promise or claim of feature parity with another service. Model, voice, image, search, tool and local-operation options depend on selected components, licences, infrastructure and deployment controls.

Planned replacement scope: Bring separate AI chat portals, prompt libraries and document question tools into a governed conversation workspace. Any transition would depend on verified workflows, supported formats and migration tests.
